Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the complaint petition the petitioner was running a chit fund company in the name of Dhanwarss Finance Services. The petitioner assured their customers to deposit the amount and thereafter they will get loan. It is further alleged that the petitioner issue a cheque in the name of I.C.I.C.I. bank but when the cheque was presented the informant came to know that account has already been closed. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27514 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2015 and charge sheet in the case has already been submitted. It is further submitted that petitioner has not no criminal antecedent. The allegation is that he has committed fraud. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 20000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case. In that event the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Jamui in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013.
