Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.672 of 2017, registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was appearing in Physics paper of the engineering examination in place of the real candidate, namely, Avinash Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017 and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Dharampal Kumar is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13327 of 2018(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.672 of 2017.
