The petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376, 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a complaint petition alleging therein that the petitioner continuously committed rape with her and consequently a panchayati was held. The petitioner live with the complainant and the complainant gave birth to a child and she further alleged that thereafter the petitioner and others began to demand money and ousted her from the house.

There appears that the informant out of her freewill consented for sexual relation and she also gave birth to a child. The petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2015.
