The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, huge quantity of country-made liquor was recovered form the truck and the petitioner is said to be the "Khalasi" of the said truck. It is further contended that the co-accused Rajesh Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. It is also contended that the charge-

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dihri (Town) P.S. Case No. 552 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
