Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections341, 323, 379, 354(B), 506, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was sitting at her door, all the accused persons including these petitioners entered into the house of the informant and committed loot and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that they also took away cash and jewellery of the informant.

Both the parties are next door neighbours and due to petty dispute simple marpit took place between the parties. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari OP) P.S. Case No. 309 dated 05.06.2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
