2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/ 494 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and committing torture against this petitioner. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 13.05.2024. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024.
