JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 327, 341, 379, 384, 387, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner is the Director of S.R. Meritime Academy School and on the promise to provide job to the informant, he had taken Rs. 4,95,000/- from him, but neither job was provided nor money was returned back. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant was a student in his Academy and no money was obtained in the name of providing job rather money was taken as a fee of the course and he is in custody since 03.11.2017 having clean

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shekhar Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017.
