Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended while he was attempting to flee away alongwith the motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.02.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
