2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1087.920 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from different vehicles. Petitioner is registered owner of one of the vehicles in question.

4. Considering the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner, he cannot escape liability for the same as such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
