ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Complainant, seeks revision of the order dated 19.6.2013 passed by the Adhoc 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Criminal Revision No.367 of 2013, by which he held that no offence under Sections 465 and 406 I.P.C. is made out in the facts of Complaint case No.33 of 2011. Even assuming that the Revisional Court should not have passed such an order but once he has already discharged the private Opposite Parties of the said offences, I would not be inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is disposed off with a liberty to the Petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law. Narendra/- (Anjana Prakash, J) U T
