In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 for offence under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the record that the marriage of the victim girl and the petitioner was an inter-caste marriage, the body of the victim was found by the side of the Road and the doctor has opined that the death of the victim was caused due to asphyxia. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23537 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 namely, Rajesh Sah is rejected.

The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
