JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 372, 347, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.04.2016 on the accusation that he along with co-accused, Fuliya Devi took the victim and made her captive in a room and also negotiated with unknown persons to sell the victim but it is admitted case of the prosecution that subsequently, victim was dropped by petitioner and co-accused, Fuliya Devi.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20568 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 352 of 2015.
