2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2016 in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute. The thrust of accusation is upon co-accused Niraj Singh and there is no specific assault attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
