JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is present and by referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable at this stage as it is premature.

Be that as it may, since nobody appears on behalf of the writ petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
