The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is legally wedded wife which is apparent from the affidavit. Though the informant has claimed that the victim girl is aged about 13 years but in the statement (Annexure-2) her age has been mentioned as 20 years.

This Court is not inclined to decide the age of the victim girl.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Rambachchan Rai alias Bachchan Rai, be
