In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 for offence under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that two persons on the motorcycle apprehended the victim and snatched the amount. On raising Hulla, the police came and the petitioner was arrested at the place of occurrence itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a dispute between the petitioner and the brother-in-law of the Informant with whom his sister was married. From the statement of the Manager of the Central Bank of India, it appears that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21301 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 victim had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 24,000/- on the day of incident. The police arrest the petitioner at the spot. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Masrul @ Msrul is rejected.

The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of the judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
