The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposing of the dead body. Submission is that Moti Lal Das (petitioner) is the brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased, Chandrama Devi, and he used to reside separately, but, with ulterior motive petitioner has also been implicated in this case. More over, Harendra Das, the husband of the deceased, is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.45257 of 2019(4) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
