The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 184 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a counter case and apart from the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, all other Sections of the Penal Code are compoundable in nature and a compromise petition has already been filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea as the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.667 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 parties have reconciled their dispute on the intervention of friends and well-wishers and good faith have been restored, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 184 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
