The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 184 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a counter case and apart from the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, all other Sections of the Penal Code are compoundable in nature and a compromise petition has already been filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea as the
