The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 147,148,149, 323,447,307, 436, 332, 333, 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he is an order giver and thereafter occurrence was taken place. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2015. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an order giver. It is also submitted that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27554 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Katihar in Rautara P.S.Case No. 09/2015.
