This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bisfi P. S. Case No. 231 of 2015 disclosing offence under Sections 341,323,324,307,504,377/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe ( Prevention of Atrocities Act).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, submits that there is no allegation against the present petitioner of any nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23013 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Rajak, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Benipatti, Madhubani in Bisfi P. S. Case No. 231 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
