Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 161 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.05.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
