It is alleged that 100 litres country made liquor were recovered from the hut of petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid hut does not belong to the petitioner and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.04.2015 and prior to institution of the present case, no case of similar nature had been registered against the petitioner.
