2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 690 of 2023 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 520 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Paragraph 2 of bail application clearly states that the petitioner had earlier preferred an application vide Cr. Misc. No. 82115 of 2023, which was rejected on 11.01.2024 on merit. This is second regular bail application in which no fresh ground has been found in this case.

4. Considering this aspect of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition for the second time.
