2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) within four weeks and the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the case of
