JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to get the mining lease deed in respect of 12.50 acres of land situated at Plot No. 1294, Block No. 4, Mauza Gere, District-Gaya [regarding which the petitioner has been declared successful bidder as he has bidded for Rs. 17,46,50,000/-(Seventeen crore fourty six lac and fifty thousand)], executed in favour of the petitioner as he has deposited all the requisite money as is required under the NIT and under the Stamp Act and Registration Act. It is submitted that the requisite stamp duty and registration fee along with

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary (Revenue & Land Reforms Department), Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances in view of the fact that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 29.10.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2313 of 2018.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today whereupon the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits, considering the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 29.10.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2313 of 2018, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
