One loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioenr is in jail custody since 15.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 256 of 2015.
