JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in Siwan Mufasil P.S.Case No. 51 of 2015 registered u/s 413, 414, 212 IPC. On secret information, Police intercepted Rabi Chandar Das and on his statement the house of Murlidhar was raided and from there petitioners were arrested along with large number of mobile sets. It has been alleged that they were engaged in committing theft of mobile sets and later on selling the same. Counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused Sarman Mahkto and Sanjay Mahto from whose conscious possession stolen mobile sets were recovered have been granted
