JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioner. Allegations levelled against the petitioner no. 1 is not supported by any injury.
