Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khinzarsarai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. There is no any complain against his petitioner. Petitioner has already filed his show cause reply on 12.05.2022, 27.05.2022 and 08.06.2022 denying the allegations levelled against him. No witness has come forward to support

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khinzarsarai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
