Petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.224 of 2019 (Special Case No.4626 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total ten litres country made liquor and 3.600 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from hut of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
