The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has also been injured and the injuries caused by him is simple in nature, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
