The petitioner is accused in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 9 litres country made liquor, in different pouches, from the Dickey of the motorcycle, which was driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.12.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17856 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S.
