The present writ petition is being filed for quashing the Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 140 of 2010, punishable under section 420, 406, 465, 468, 471, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code which is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar for trial bearing G.R. No. 1023/2010. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar is directed to conclude the trial of Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 140 of 2010 within two months from receipt of copy of the order and send the report with regard to the same in this Court.
