Petitioner is an accused in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.l 297 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise) Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.
