Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 34, 307 of the IPC.

As per FIR, this petitioner along with other accused persons caused grievous injury to the informant. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
