2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448 , 307, 326, 504 and 34 of the IPC and 27 of Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have caused gun shot injury on the thigh of the informant and doctor has found the injury , grievous in nature .
