The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners and others demanded rangadari of Rs.10,00,000/- from the informant and looted away computer and mobile from the office of the school, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
