4. The limited grievance is that his appeal against the order of dismissal from service Annexure-7 to the writ petition, which has been filed before the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, ( for brevity ' the Board') on 03-09-2021 is still pending consideration.

5. Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the Respondent-Board. It is submitted that if the appeal is still pending and no order has been passed, without any doubt, the same is required to be disposed of.

In view of the rival submissions, pendency of the instant writ application will serve no useful purpose and the same is disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna (Respondent No.1) to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
