JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed the original copy of the application on 28.03.2023. It is submitted that the defects as pointed out vide SR dated 22.03.2023 stand removed with the filing of the original copy. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this application has been taken up for consideration.

For the reasons stated in this application, Cr.W.J.C. No. 580 of 2021 is restored to its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 30.06.2022 could not be complied with as it was not possible to comply the same for certain reasons which may be explained before the Court on listing of the matter.
