The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/326/307 /504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation of commission of fire-arm injury at the leg is against co-accused Chand Mian and Nayeem Mistri. Chand Mian has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4 and similarly situated some other co-accused, against whom there is general and omnibus nature of allegation, have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-6 series. There is general
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20296 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 P2/ and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.263 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
