Petitioners are in jail custody since 3.2.2016 in a case registered under sections 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation of opening fire is against co- accused person and so far as the petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that they were seen standing near the place of occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Raghopur P.S. Case no. 30/2016.
