The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that while he was returning , three miscreants on a motorcycle over taken him and on the point of pistol they looted his motor cycle and snatched away his purse containing Rs. 1000/- and fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27570 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Araria in Araria P.S.Case No. 191 of 2015.
