2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 63 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section s 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners were part of an unlawful assembly, while the co-accused Dharo Ram @ Dharmendra Ram assaulted by means of iron rod upon the informant, which hit on his hand after he tried to protect the said

It has further been alleged that, thereafter, all the accused persons started assaulting mercilessly while coaccused Deepak Kumar, who was assaulted by all the accused persons. It has further been alleged that the co-accused Dharo Ram @ Dharmendra Ram took gold locket from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, while there is case and counter case between the parties. It has further been submitted that the specific allegation of assault is against coaccused Dharo Ram @ Dharmendra Ram. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50170 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 3/3 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 63 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
8. The application stands allowed.
