JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Jayrampur PS Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Section 394 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the accused persons forcibly stopped vehicle of the informant and snatched twenty-four thousand rupees from his pocket and smashed window of the vehicle. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is said to be of day hours and the allegation is false, the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 5.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chunchun Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Jayrampur PS Case No. 54 of 2016.
