The petitioner apprehend her arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 dated 01.10.2016, instituted under Sections 406, 407, 420, 421, 422, 423 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there was inspection of government work in Gram Panchayat Raj, Simri while the petitioner Suprita Kumari was Mukhiya and it is alleged that in different schemes of government there was embezzlement of government money by the petitioner. It is further alleged that accused Navin Raut had taken passbook of Baijnath Pathak and withdrawn money from post office and in this connection Rekha Devi and Mahto Devi complained on which basis Simri P.S. Case No. 193 of 2012 and 198 of 2012 were instituted but
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59084 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 nothing has been done. Similarly, the petitioner embezzled money in different scheme meant for that and in this connection different persons complained.

Earlier, the anticipatory bail application was filed by the petitioner bearing Cr. Misc. No. 41632 of 2018, which was rejected vide order dated 13.08.2018. 5.
This is the second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail, which is not maintainable. 6.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks, if she surrenders so, the learned court below is directed to dispose of his bail application on the same day without being prejudiced by this order. (Khatim Reza, J) Ranjeet/- U T
