This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 67 and 67A of the Information and Technology Act as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.03.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62394 of 2021.

The Court for the present is not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

His prayer for bail is thus rejected.
