This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.51179 of 2015, whereunder the petitioner was granted bail, with regard to the address of the petitioner in the cause title of the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while in the F.I.R. the present address of the petitioner was detailed as Village-Parev, P.S. Bihta, District-Patna, but, inadvertently, in the cause title of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51179 of 2015, permanent address was typed whereas present address could not be given and prays for modification in the cause title of order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.51179 of 2015. In view of the above, the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.51179 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in the cause title thereof, the address of the petitioner be read as resident of village-Sabalpur, P.S. Chandi, District-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20130 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Nalanda, at present resident of village-Parev, P.S. Bihta, DistrictPatna" in place of resident of Village Sabalpur , P.S. Chandi, District Nalanda.

With the aforesaid modification, this application is allowed.
