The petitioners are in custody in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case Rs.2,09,790/- kept in a bag was looted away by the miscreants Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 26.05.2019. He further submits that the petitioners were not named in the F.I.R. and their name transpired during the course of investigation.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they were not named in the F.I.R., the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45110 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019.
