2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to initiate a departmental proceeding as well as criminal case against respondent No. 6. who has deliberately submitted two contrary reports regarding the land in question.

3. The petitioner was opposing the land settled to respondent No. 7. The Settlement has already been cancelled.

4. Now the petitioner wants this private dispute to be examined by this Court.

5. In the opinion of this Court, this is a frivolous litigation.
