In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that she intends to get marry with the son of the petitioner Mughle Azam. She has also stated that she wants to live with Mughle Azam and she has changed her religion.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21132 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2 / 2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
